Led by experienced instructors, the training is tailored to build both confidence and competence among participants.

EyrePlus participants have approached the training with a positive outlook, willing and eager to learn new skills to lay the foundation for their future careers. Megan McKay, EyrePlus Team Leader Quality Assurance Officer, has collected feedback from participants saying how much they enjoyed the training. Megan shared:

“This Civil Skill set training has provided a positive outlook for our participants being able to upskill themselves to be employment ready and build the confidence and the ability prior to employment opportunities.”

With small class sizes ensuring personalised attention, this training not only enhances employability but also supports local economic development by preparing a skilled workforce ready to take on roles in regional projects.

The program has already generated significant interest, with the first intake commencing in February 2025 and additional sessions planned through to 30th June 2025.

By providing accessible and industry-relevant training, this program exemplifies our mission to empower individuals, boost local employment, and contribute to the prosperity of the Eyre Peninsula region.
