The team at EyrePlus are proud to continue to assist local businesses with free recruitment services where we work to create pathways to employment and training for local people while managing the staffing and recruitment needs of businesses such as Ceduna Foodland.

We’re all about celebrating positive partnerships, and our team recently dropped in to present a Certificate of Gratitude to the team at Ceduna Foodland for obtaining an Employer Incentive Outcome payment Bonus and supporting an EyrePlus participant through 26 weeks of a successful employment pathway.

Through our free services, we provide businesses such as Ceduna Foodland with end-to-end recruitment of Community Development Program (CDP) participants, including interviewing, shortlisting, and placing new starters into employment.

We also provide specialised Post-Placement Support program for a period of up to 26 weeks, and we further assist businesses to access potential financial incentives to support them with solutions to meet their staffing needs.

About the Community Development Program (CDP)

EyrePlus is bringing local experience and knowledge to deliver the Community Development Program (CDP), a government initiative funded by the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA) which supports participants in regional, rural and remote Australia to build skills, address barriers and contribute to their communities through a range of flexible activities.
